Dr. McIntosh received his dental degree from the University of Manitoba in 2002. He worked in rural Manitoba as a general dentist for a brief period before seeking graduate training. He received his specialty certificate in Prosthodontics from Dalhousie University in 2005. He practiced Prosthodontics at the Winnipeg Dental Implant Centre from 2005 to 2008, taught Clinical Fixed Prosthodontics in the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Manitoba from 2006 to 2009, and acted as chief dental consultant for the Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation from 2007 to 2009. Dr. McIntosh established his own practice in 2008. He belongs to the Association of Prosthodontists of Canada, the Canadian Dental Association, and the Manitoba Dental Association. Dr. McIntosh was recognized by the Manitoba Dental Association in 2010 for his contributions to the dental profession in Manitoba.
